Your account at BRMBMAPS.com contains your data created using the webmap or synced from your device.

Subscriptions

Your subscription can be setup via the Android Play store, the Apple Itunes store or via our website at https://brmbmaps.com

How do I cancel my PRO subscription?

⚠️ Website: If you purchased your PRO subscription through our website using your Credit Card or Paypal, click on your username in the top right hand corner to access your User Dashboard. Once the User Dashboard has loaded click Settings > Your Plan then click on the Cancel Automatic Payment button. 

iPhone:

1. clickingOpen onthe SettingsApp Store on your iPhone.phone.
2. InTap on your profile photo located in the top clickright corner.
3. Tap on your name to select your Apple ID, then click on Subscriptions. Find BRMB Maps in your list"Subscriptions" and cancel the Subscription.

Can’t find the subscription that you want to cancel?

If you aren'tare trying to cancel, find your receipt:

  1. Search your email for the words "receipt from Apple."
  2. On the receipt for the subscription, check which Apple ID was used.used.

Email receipt that shows the Apple ID that was used for a purchase from Apple.

  • If a family member's Apple ID appears on the receipt, ask that family member to use the steps in this article to cancel the subscription. You can’t cancel a family member's subscription.
  • If another Apple ID that you use appears on the receipt, sign in with that Apple ID and use the steps in this article to cancel the subscription.

 

How do I Upgrade from a Free plan to a Pro plan?

⚠️ Website: Open the User Dashboard by clicking on your username in the top right corner, then click on the Settings button.
On the left side, click on Your Plan and then Upgrade to Pro or Change Plan to upgrade to another plan.
